Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our grooming, training, walking, or boarding services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion at contact@groom-hub.com and we will make it right or provide a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund, no questions asked.

24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund or full credit toward future services.

Less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund, but we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

No-show appointments: No refund. Please contact us immediately if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email contact@groom-hub.com with your order number and reason for refund request
  2. Include photos or detailed description if related to service quality concerns
  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours

Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services already completed where no quality concerns were raised within 7 days
  • Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice
  • Aggressive or unsafe pet behavior that prevents service completion (partial refunds may be considered)
  • Services cancelled after our team arrives at your location (travel fees may apply)

Package Services

For multi-session packages (4-session, 8-session, etc.), refunds are calculated based on unused sessions at the single-session rate, minus any package discount received.

Example: If you purchased an 8-session training package ($449) and used 3 sessions, we would refund based on the 5 remaining sessions at regular pricing.
